I was about 8 years old and living on Lock Drive in Green Bay Wisconsin. I'm not sure of the month or date but there was a write up in the Green Bay Press Gazette. My family and I and every neighbor were standing on our porches watching it, it was not square or v shaped like that, it just looked like a rocket they used for our early space program. It moved above the street and traveled to the top of the trees by Colburn park, lifted above the trees and disappeared. It was very loud that is what drew everyone to their porches. Everyone called the police and the tv stations but at that time there were only 3 tv stations and one news paper. I met up with a friend from 40 years ago, an old neighbor by the name of ((name removed)), they also lived on Lock Drive, funny but that is the first thing she asked about after all these years, she said "Remember when we saw that ufo above the street?" There were several sightings between that time and 1968, we moved to Oconto Wi. It was about 1966 when the entire town was out at the light house pier 4 nights in a row watching a ufo, finally enough attention was generated, the national guard was out there and confiscated films. Just wanted to know if you have any research on this, I have tried for years to find out what it is we saw, but very few of the people are around anymore, but my father remembers it too. I would like to know your thoughts.
