Location: Two Rivers
County: Manitowoc

Details of Incident:
Being an avid night hawk and observing the night sky watching
falling stars and satellites as I did countless times when I was
younger. This night has never left My mind. I'm 28 years old now. And
sometimes I think of that night some years ago. On the night of the
June 10th 1990, I was observing the night sky on top my fathers garage.
Being that was the best place to view the night sky. My telescope set
up next to me, and some munchies to past the time. I was out for a
night of sky watching. I know it wasn't till around 2:30 or a little
later 3:00 that I observed a brilliant sharp red light coming from the
North west going very fast to the South East. This took place in the
matter of a few seconds. It when from horizon to horizon in about 8-10
seconds. The speed a which it was going was incredible, and the color
of it. It know reminds me of a lazer pen light thats about the
brightness of it if held about 100'-150' away. I tried to just think
that it was a some kind of space junk burning up high in the atmosphere
or meteors that just started to hit the upper atmosphere. And Whatever
it was, it didn't make any noise at all. Of all things this was the
fastest thing I ever see or will see...
