Details of Incident:

My roommate and I were renting the upper level of a farmhouse on Cty Trk KP in the town of Black Earth. On this particular evening we glanced out the window and noticed lights, similar to police or ambulance lights, on the top of the hill, across the field from our house. There is no road on the top of that particular hill. The lights appeared to be moving, so we went out on our balcony to watch it. The aircraft moved from the hill top down into the field where it hovered, pretty much silently. It was black in color, triangular in shape and had red and white flashing lights on it. What really struck me is the silent hovering. There was no increase in wind or motion. The craft was fairly low, lower than a plane would ever fly in and around that area. After about 30 minutes the craft kind of just motored away. I have met one other person from that area who saw a similar craft around the same time frame. I have also seen a segment on 'Unexplained Mysteries' that described the exact same craft/experience, but outside of the United States.
