Details of Incident:

As I recall, it was a clear, cold night "around 0 maybe colder" in either late Jan or early Feb. in the mid 1990's. I was working the night shift "10 - 6", as I turned out of my driveway, somewhere between 8:45 and 9:00 pm, driving south on County X I came to the stop sign at the intersection with Hwy 54 and as I was looking both ways for traffic I noticed something not quite right out the corner of my eye. It was near a full moon so I got a fairly good look at the object. It was triangular in shape and of a dark color, I would guess 50' or so wide by 100' or so long, pointing to the south, southeast. It was just hovering there " maybe 200'- 300' off the ground " for what seemed like maybe 10 minutes or so. It was only a couple hundred feet off the road over an old field to the southeast of the intersection. As I sat there looking at it and trying to figure out what it was I was seeing I noticed 4 maybe 6 red lights glowing across the back or wide edge of it and before I knew it the object was gone out of sight. From the time I noticed the lights to the time it was gone was at best a matter of seconds, with absolutely no sound that I could detect. All the way to work and all that night I played this over and over again in my mind and since I live only 15 - 20 minutes from the Volk Field bombing range I tried to convince myself it was some kind of experiment of the governments. I have only told a couple of people about my experience, and have come to the conclusion that it could very well have been extraterrestrial.
