Details of Incident:

We were looking out in the easterly direction when we saw a chevron shaped object hovering above the lake

We saw a chevron shaped object hovering over the lake. It seemed to move very slowly left to right. Then it disappeared. It was seen by 3 people. The lights were orange and red color and seemed to fit the chevron shape that we saw. They were flickering on and off. Almost immediately, it disappeared into the darkness.
