It was a warm balmy summer evening in July. A family friend, my wife, and myself were in our backyard on this beautiful, windless evening enjoying some laughs and and a sky full of brilliant stars. While skywatching to the east(which would be over the waters of Green Bay), I noticed an object moving in our direction,probaly 2 to 6 thousand feet in altitude. The object was lighted in a brilliant green light,but we could not see any outline or form to it. As it continued it's path toward us, we soon had to rise from our chairs and walk to a nearby area of the yard to continue observing it's progress,as numerous oak and pines began to obscure our vision. In this new position, we continued to monitor it's progress. As it traveled, the bright green light "pulsed" about once every one and a half seconds. After observing it for about a minute in this new position, I asked my wife what she was seeing,in order to confirm what I was seeing. Our friend,by the way, did not join us in the new area, so at this point he was no longer watching it. Now it seemed that it was perhaps a few miles from us, as I asked my wife to run to the house and grab my field glasses so that I could get a closer look. While she was away, the object(while never slowing,or changing speed)made a nearly 180 degree turn and headed in an east,south-easterly direction. I watched it for a couple minutes until it was out of view
