I'm sorry, but this is a second-hand report - my husband saw what I'll describe, and I believe him. On Saturday night, Feb. 15th, 2003, we had just finished watching the movie "Signs" - which deals with crop circles and aliens. Now, don't stop reading this - it is not a hoax!! I had just gone to bed, and my husband was still downstairs. I heard our dog bark twice, which was strange, because a) our dog never barks in the house (except for a treat!) and b) the dog is deaf. I thought my husband had induced him to bark (with a treat!) to freak me out after the movie (in the movie, the dogs alert the homeowners to alien presence). Later when he came to bed, he said our dog got up from sleeping, looked out the window and barked. That's when my husband noticed a bright light, behind our barn. He assumed it was a plane, until 5 minutes later, when it was still there, he went to look out the window. He saw three large bright white lights, in a vertical formation. After several minutes, the formation shifted to horizontal. Then, one light zoomed to the right and disappeared, and the other two zoomed left, and disappeared. That was it. My husband was very mystified. He said the lights were as big as our yard light (not tiny pin-pricks of light like a star) and that they were so bright, the barn was lit up in silhouette. It was also a very clear night, the day before a full moon. I believe my husband saw what he described, and anxiously awaited another sighting the following night, but no luck! My first thought was that it was some kind of military transport, but the lights seemed to remain in "position" for at least 5 minutes before moving off!!
