Details of Incident:

My friend and I were walking along Russel Street when we noticed four glowing lights in the sky. The were all in a line, one was red and the rest were a yellow glowing light. They began to flash on and off, and eventually disappeared. At this time I was skeptical of what they were until a large craft appeared where the lights had been it had six lights all across it and was like many UFOs seem to be a circular shape. It hovered there for about ten seconds until the sound of Jets came form overhead. It then disappeared abruptly. After that there were about eight jets circling the area for about an hour. Others in the community have reported seeing the same things.
