Details of Incident:
My 2 neighbors, younger brother, and I went to a small park near 76th and Good Hope to play a little baseball with a tennis ball at around 7:15 at night. After about 10 minutes my younger brother said that the President mus be visiting Milwaukee again because there was his "plane" being escorted by 4 other "fighter jets". My 2 other neighbors saw this too but I didn't. A few minutes later I did see the sight, it was what appeared to be fighter jets flying in the "V" formation. They were hard to see against the setting sky but you could make them out, they were elongated. Now I was about to pass this off as a fighter jets doing a test run until, I watched them disappear for a second and then reappear as brilliant balls of light as bright as a spotlight on a plane or police car, do a minor arc in the sky, moving upward. It similar to that of how a firework explodes, with all the crafts moving in the same direction. I waited for some sound but nothing, no pop, or jets thruster fire. As soon as they finished the arc, they went dark and I could still make out a shape. Now I thought that maybe it was a reflection of the sun but then I thought, if it was, I would hear the jets then, because there were 5 jets, and that the refection of the sun would dim as the objects move away, but this went right on and right off, like someone flipped the switch. Also it happened and other time a few minutes later after the sun had set completely. (Side note-A few years ago I saw a UFO at this same location on Oct. 12, 1994. No I am not saying what I saw was a UFO, but I think it should be taken seriously.)
