Details of Incident:

On August 31st my wife and I left my parent's home in Horicon and were driving home. Between Horicon and Beaver Dam I caught sight of a bright white light moving very quickly. It either disappeared or was obscured by trees on the side of the road as I went down the highway. It went so quickly that I thought that perhaps my eyes were fooled by some light shining off a power line that ran the side of the highway. Since it went so quickly I dismissed it as most likely a reflection or it could have been a low flying meteor. The thing is it did not have the appearance of a typical meteor.

I dropped by your site tonight and see that someone from Sun Prairie saw a light that was similar at about the same time. So I had to post. From where we were driving it would have been just over Beaver Dam. Like the couple in Sun Prairie, my wife was asleep as well, but remembers me waking her up. lol
