Details of Incident:

My husband went out to the upper deck to smoke. He came back in and got me up. "You're not gonna believe this." I looked up and seen these flashing lights: red, green, yellow, orange, blue...flashing!!!! We watch them through the telescope and binoculars. They didn't seem to move, except up and down. The next night there was 2 of them. Same bright colors and flashing. I called the air to ground missle range the next day to see if they were doing anything and they said they don't have anything like that. I was wondering if anyone else saw it?
