Details of Incident
:

We were on our way home from the Open Pantry, an all night food shop, when we saw someonoe looking straight into the sky.  We looked up too, and sure enough, we saw a long, green, bright, neon light.  It was moving slightly, in that it was shrinking and growing.  That could have been due to cloud cover though.  When our roomate came home, we frantically demmanded he get out his telescope, and by the time he did, it was either gone, or covered by too many clouds to see.
