Details of Incident:
I was outside in back of my house having a smoke, something that I
do from time to time. The sky was clear, a little hazy because of all the
moisture in the air but the stars were still clear and bright. When I went to
the widdle of the yard, I looked to the south, about 60 degrees off the horizon.
I saw an odd Triangle star formation, I looked at it for several seconds. As I
was about to look away, it started to move. I knew this was odd because I've
seen many satelites fly around in the sky at night; but satelites don't fly in
formation, nor are they stationary for any period of time. I knew it wasn't
high flying aircraft, because there were no blinking indicator lights, sound, or
anything that a high flying aircraft would have. I watched these objects fly
over head, heading south for several minutes, as they came to about 40 degrees
above the horizon, they broke off to different directions and became stationary
again. This is the first of two sightings during this morning.
