Details of Incident
:

I live just south of campus..... My roommate just came back from outside and told me about this very strange appearance in the sky.... it's a thin greenish colored line, barely visible because of the clouds, but appearing quite bright at times when the clouds aren't obstructing it. It's been out there for at least 20 minutes. I called a few of my friends and they can't figure out what it is either. It's not an airplane trail either, since it hasn't moved significantly from where it was when we first saw it.
