Details of Incident
:

My husband was driving myself and our three children north on county D toward Platteville. My two year old son was talking about the stars and how he couldn't see the moon. My older daughter is telling us she sees the big dipper. The sky was perfect, so clear, especially on the unlit back roads. I was looking through the windshield out at the sky some time later, about 11:30 PM, and all of a sudden I see a yellow band of light above us off to the left. It just appears as streak moving forward  and outward from us and that's it. It was gone!
