Details of Incident
:

In the early evening, I was driving semi and seen lights from an object jute out from behind a tree horizon.  I pulled off to the side of the road and viewed the object fly over head.   Actually I became startled and yelled ...get the "H" out of here.  I started feeling queasy and heard a slight sucking type of a sound.  Soon following a warm light came across me.  I then must have blacked out.  I woke up about 400 yards from my truck.  The time was 2:30am.  I brushed it off alittle.  The next day, I noticed a red rash over both my legs and what looked like a cut on the back of my neck.
