Time of Incident: 11:00PM
Location of Incident: Dundee, Fond du Lac County

Source of Report: UFOwisconsin.com online sightings report form by name withheld.

Details of Incident:

I observed 3 flashes of light on northern horizon from Bensons. As I was pointing telescope to that area a white ball of light appearred just above the horizon. I looked though the telescope at 20x magnification and saw 7 balls of light; 1 bright slightly orange, 6 less bright blue, and three shadow like circles in the middle of the lights. The lights hovered for about 3 minutes in which time I let others look though the telescope and told others to get their cameras ready. The balls appearred to be maybe 6 inches in diameter, flying at about 225 feet above ground, speed perhaps 50 to 60 knots. I was able to figure altitude mathmatically as 1 witness observed formation at 45 degree angle from others who saw object go straight overhead.
The formation of lights changed shape several times. First it was in a "Y" shape, then as it began moving the lights formed a cross shape, as it came overhead it formed a triangle within a triangle and at the apex of the inner triangle the brighter orange light combined with one of the blue lights. After it passed overhead it formed a cross shape again and disappearred behind some trees. It made NO NOISE, each light was at least twice as bright as Venus, it appearred like a super bright constellation of stars moving through the atmosphere. My opinion is that it is a manifestation of the Elohim and not a material UFO. I took photos and will likely print a set to be viewed at Bensons.
