Details of Incident:

My friend and I were on our way to Chicago.  We were passing through the Kenosha area on Hwy 94.  Up ahead we noticed bright lights on the right of the road.  Probably 3500 feet above ground.  As we continue driving the object seems to get lower to the ground and staying in one place.  It had red and bluish lights as well.  It was fairly large and saucer shaped.  We seriously could not believe our eyes!  We still have no idea for sure what it was!
