Details of Incident:
Two of my friends and I had just finished a night of
volunteering at the marshfield youth soccer league concession stands. We opted
for a game of frisbee after packing up the food. At about 9:30 I noticed a
bright light appear in the sky. A few seconds later a second light appear next
to the first. The object would travel in this manner across the sky. A light
would appear in front of the leading light just as the light in back
disappeared. I pointed this bizarre event out to my friend and we watched the
light move possibly 5-7 times across the sky in this manner until it vanished
completely. The object had appeared in the south-west at about 9:30 and moved
horizontally across the horizon. I would not have reported this had i not read
the June 6th Black River Falls sighting. Black River Falls is south west of
Marshfield. The object appeared to be traveling in the same way in both
instances on the same day at the same time. My friend and I could not hear any
noise !
created by the object nor could we see any military jets as depicted in the
Black River Falls sighting. I'm sure this is due to how far away we were. It's
amazing what a game of frisbee in the right place at the right time can reveal.
