Details of Incident:
I was going west on hwy 10 from waupaca with 3 friends. About 1 mile past the air port about 1/4 mile in front of me through my windsheild I saw bright lights. Did not think much of them. As I got a lot closer the lights were not moving and were 400 to 500 yards away from the road (seemed very close).. So I say look at those lights and I pointed. There were 5 or 6 bright white lights on the side and 3 white lights on the bottom with a small blinking blue light towards the ground. It almost look triangular because of the 3 on the bottom. I slowed down and was now looking out my drivers window then all the white lights shut off and the blinking blue stayed on. The truck in front of me didnt stop so I didn't either but oddely enough he went from the right lane to the left and so did i because i thought he was going to turn off and talk. Major disappointment in my self for not stopping. On 11/21/05 i saw a very bright white zig zaging light for 2 seconds out my living room window followed by a jet of some sort. Also saw strange lights over hwy 10 when i was 14 or 15.
