Details of Incident:
My father, older brother, and I were sitting on the front porch of my dad's appartment for a family get together. We were eating dinner when suddenly a large, completely circular object shot slowly through the air. Dad yelled for my brother to get the video recorder. He grabbed it, and recorded it as it then rose higher and higher into the atmosphere. It had three red lights on its bottom, and one yellowish- green light on top. The UFO was no aircraft I've ever heard of before. It gave off a high pitched ringing sound.
