Details of Incident:
I was on the back porch smoking a cigarette looking up at the sky and I was one quick blue lit up object that wasn't flashing zip by the horizon and didn't think much of it. Then seconds later close I saw another. All when this was happening a still color object was coming towards me. I thought it was odd because it wasnt flashing like other planes I saw. As it came close for how low it was I kept awaiting noise and then I knew it couldnt have been a plane. All I saw was the red glowing in a circle and it started to go up and not over to a side of the horizon. At that point I ran down the deck to get my cousin and by the time he came out it was too small to see. If it weren't for it going up and not away to the horizon I wouldn't believe this was something not normal.
