Details of Incident:
I was bringing groceries in from my truck when I noticed a very large, bright gold light high in the western sky. It was moving at a good rate to the east, northeast. I then noticed that at some distance in front of it was a much dimmer gold light moving in the same direction as if the two were connected. There was no sound to be heard from the objects. I ran inside and told my wife to come out and see it. I returned outside and watched as the objects paused their forward movement and appeared to move upward directly away from me. By the time my wife got her shoes on and came out the dimmer light had disappeared and the bright light had become quite dim. I tried to point it out to her but she was unable to locate it before it faded completely. It did not appear to behave like any aircraft I know of.
