Details of Incident:

Driving south on highway 22, about 3-5 miles south of Wautoma. A full moon was in the eastern horizon. A bright kelly green light suddenly appeared in the sky somewhat above my vehicle, but in a distance. It shown brightly for a few seconds, then suddenly a smaller bright white light appeared just for a second, then both lights went out. There were no clouds for the lights to disappear into, which left me wondering where it came from or the direction, but nothing else was to be seen. With a full moon, the visibility was very good but saw nothing else but these lights. A year or two ago i had reported two very large, very bright lights in almost the same area.A few weeks later I saw lights again but over Wautoma which I did not report. I am now uneasy to travel at night in this area with this latest sighting.
