Time of Incident: 8:00 PM - 2:20 AM
Location of Incident: Blue Mounds, Dane County

Source of Report: UFOWisconsin.com online sightings report form by Mark D.

Details of Incident:

Objects were high and could be seen by the naked eye but details required magnification. Utilizing high power binoculor the image appeared to have a elongated center with red, green, and white lights flashing. Surrounding the central core were two white lights evenly spaced on each side. All objects appeared to be the same although some were just too far to gather great detail on. A report was made to the police who came to the area and verbally stated they could also see the objects.
