Source: Wisconsin UFO Sighting Report - Witness requested to remain anonymous

I was driving North on Hwy 61 between Dickeyville and Potosi/Tennyson. About one mile outside of Tennyson, I observed a flashing toward the Mississippi. It was not the usual barge lights. I thought to myself that a new cellular tower must be up down there as I could only see the sky flashing and not the source. A little further down the road, I looked over Hog Hollow toward the river and saw five red lights shaped as an inverted V. After about three seconds they were gone. This was above the hollow. There are no roads, not even field roads to access the hollow. The river is not visible from this location so it could not have been anything on it. I grew up there and I have never observed anything like this before.
