For the last few days, a bright light was seen in various places in the southeast sky at night and early morning, standing still, but it would fade and brighten every now and then. The odd thing is that it was cloudy and no stars were visible. My daughter saw it at 5:00 the pervious night while we were milking, which she claimed the bright light went out and multicolored lights started blinking in circles, and then it started moving southwest and upward until it was no longer visible. This is very close to Herr Road in which there have been pervious reports on.
