Details of Incident:
I was letting my dog outside not even looking for anything in the sky but the stars on a clear night. But tonight when I looked up I found a strange light almost looked like a falling star in the sky. Thinking it was I watched it for awhile. But unlike a falling star it moved very fast to one location and stayed still for about five mins. then moved very slowly for a while moving north. It stoped again and just hovered so I grabbed my camera and tried to take a photo of it after my camera flash the light in the sky seemed to flash back lightly. NOW I am not crazy or on any kind of drugs and this was the first time I have ever seen anything strange. It was a very cold night about 5 outside very clear night and windy. Sorry but the photo was just all black. The color was white and yellow. This was around 62nd and Bluemount Ave. in Milwaukee, WI
