I was with 3 of my friends when I saw a blue light moving very very slowly. IT didn't make any
noise and was moving to slow to be a satellite. IT was moving east but then stoped and moved west.
Then the light changed from blue to red then to blue and so on. It stayed moving west until I could't
see it anymore.
