Details of Incident:

Well I am not sure of the exact date right now! It was last month in June sometime near the end of the month. There were clouds moving in toward Milwaukee to the north, I was standing out side talking to a friend. Around 9:30 to 9:45 I was looking to the west and thought I was seeing a planet; it looked to be the brightness of one. As I looked it just faded away like it was moving away really fast or it just turned off. It took less then 15 sec to the light to go away! I don't think it was moving. It looked like it just faded to nowhere. When I saw this object it was about a football field or two away from the cloud cover. I am positive it was not a star or planet getting covered up by a cloud and fading out because there were other stars visible and the clouds were moving quite fast so when a star did get covered it would reappear right away.... this never showed back up! Well in the same spot.... Let me give you a thought the thing faded out faster then I could tell my friend who was standing there to look up in that area.... Then well we were standing there and there was a big cloud coming as I was watching for this thing again I looked in the cloud and there was a brake in it for a sec and I saw the brighter light again this time the clouds covered it up and it was gone this time it was to the north.....I really want to find out what the US well GOVERNMENTS is playing around with and why? And that is a S after government.
